Apple n Pork Curry Recipe
Ingredients:
2 onion, thinly sliced
2 Clove Garlic, diced
2 Tart Cooking Apple
2 Red Pepper, small and sweet
1 c. Chicken Stocks
2 tsp Cornstarch
2 tsp Curry Powder
1 tspGrounded Cumin
1 tspCinnamon

Instructions:
Peel and slice apple. Seed pepper and dice. Put oil in saucepan and heat over low temperature.
Add meat and brown the two sides until ready.
Heat the first four ingredients over a low temperature until soft. Mix stock and cornstarch. Mix with the next three ingredients and cook about 3 minutes.
Then, add meat and add salt and pepper to taste.Set to cook for 3 minutes and remove from heat when the meat is hot inside.
Display the meat and the sauce in serving plate. Add some parsley or coriander.
You may add some couscous with green onion slices and dry grapes

1 c. bread crumbs, dried
Oil cooking spray
6 tbsp mustard of Dijon
