Apple n Orange Pork Chop Recipe
Ingredients:
4 Pork Chops, 1/2 inch
3/4c. Water
Salt to taste
Dash of Pepper
1/2 c. Peel and chop tarts
Shortening to Brown
1/2 c. Orange section
1/4 c. Chop onions
1/2tsp Salt
1/2c. non cooked rice, slow
1/8tsp chicken season
Instructions:
You must remove the fats from meat and marinade with salt & pepper.
Add shortening to brown the meat and put in cooking recipient. Keep 1 tablespoon of fats aside. Heat the fats in a pan and add onions until brown.
Mix the remaining constituents together and put in a large recipient.
Display the meat over the combination and cook over temperature of 350F for 3/4 hr.
Serve hot.
