Autumn Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
6 pork chops
2 med. acorn-squash ,non-peel
3/4tsp salt
2 tbsp butter, melted
3/4 c. browned sugar, packet
3/4 tsp browned bouquet sauce
1 tsp orange juice
1/2 tsp orange, peeled and minced
Instructions:
Remove the fats from meat. Slice the acorn into 4 or 5 pieces each and take out the seeds.
Put 1/2 portion of meat in a crockpot and add the acorn over it , then, the other 3 pork meat.
Display the remaining ingredients over the meat. Cook, covered for 4-6 hrs and remove when ready. Serve immediately accompanied with 2 acorn slices for each chop.
