Baked Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
6 Pork chops
1 Garlic clove, diced
1 tsp Caraway seed, powdered
2 tsps Hungarian paprika, mild (compulsory)
Salt to taste
Pepper, optional
1 c. dry White wine
1 c. Sour cream (if desired)
Step by Step Instructions:
Put the meat in a baking bowl. Combine garlic, caraway, paprika, salt and wine. Marinate meat with mixture and set to chill for 3 hrs.
Ovenbake (325F) the marinated meat for 60 minutes or more. remove when the meat tenders. Uncover when baking.
Adjust wine to your taste and set aside. Heat the cream. Don’t let it boiled (very important).
Serve meat with heated cream & dumpling.
