Baked Stuffed Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2c. margarine / butter
1 c. water / stock
7c. croutettes stuffing herb seasoned of Kelloggs
8 – 10 of 1″ thick pork chops, cut with pocket
Salt to taste
Pinch of Pepper
Step by Step Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F.
Meanwhile, boil margarine & water then, remove. Immediately, pour the kellogs and stir until they become wet. Then, put the mixture inside the chops and use a toothpick to seal the edges
Display the meat one by one in a large oven tray. Drip salt & pepper and cover with aluminum.
Ovenbake (350F) for 60 minutes. Then, remove the foil & let bake for 1/2 hr more. Remove when brown or when the meat tenderize.
Put in a serving bowl and serve with cimnnamon, apple slides or hot spicy apple sauce
