Blackened Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
2tbsp salt
10 tbsp white pepper
8 tsps black pepper
4 tbsp dried mustard
2 tbsp cayenne
2 tbsp garlic powder
3/2tsp grounded thyme
3/2lb butter, not salty
12 pork chops slice
Instructions:
Melt butter. Blend well the first seven ingredients. Heat your skillet well.
Plunge the meat entirely into the butter and remove. Cook the meat in the heated skillet. Put 1 tsp butter over the meat (Beware of flame up)
Set to cook around 2 minutes. Turn the meat upside down then, put another tsp of butter on top.
Remove the meat after 2 minutes and place in oven tray. Keep the meat warm in preheated oven (200F).
Serve hot.
