Breaded Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
8 pork chops, cut the centre
1 c.flour
2 tspsalt
Pepper to taste
2 eggs,slight whip
4tbsp milk
1 c. dried bread crumbs, finely
4 tbsp shortening
1/2c. water
Parsley
Step by Step Instructions:
1. Mix flour, salt and pepper
2. Plunge the meat into the mixed flour and be sure to cover the meat with flour
3. Beat eggs and milk
4. Plunge the flour meat into the egg mixture
5. Fry the meat in heated shortening
6. Cook, covered for 3/4 hr (low temperature) until the meat tenders
For a crispy look, uncover after 1/2 hr and continue cooking for 1/4 hr.
Top with parsley.
