Candy Pork Chop Recipe

Ingredients:

6 med.pork chops
Salt for seasoning
Pepper for seasoning
3 c. brown sugar
2 lemons, cut into slices
6 c. Tomato sauce
4 tbsp corn oil
1c.water

Step By Step Instructions:

1. Season meat.
2. Stir fry the meat around 5 minutes and turn to fry for another 5 minutes.
3. Take from heat and set to drain.
4. Top the chops with tomato,then the sugar and finally water.
5. Cook, covered for 60 minutes over low temperature.
6. Remove and serve with sauce.
