Ingredients:
4 pork chops, thick slices
Pinch of Salt for seasoning
Dash of pepper for seasoning
1 tbsp browned sugar
1 med. onion, sliced
1tbspWorcestershire sauce
1 tin x 1 lbbaked beans, Boston
Margarine
Instructions:
Marinate meat with seasoning and cook until brown. Put in a large recipient used for baking purposes.
Melt margarine and add all constituents. Put the mixture in the cooked meat and ovenbake(350F) around 60 minutes. Serve hot

Bachelor Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 tbsp salt
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1x 2 1/2 tin Italian tomato, seedless
2 standard onion cut into thin slices
2tbsp diced parsley
1tbsp olive oil
6ribs pork chop, 1 1/2 kgs
Instructions:
Remove all fats from meat and mix with the first three ingredients well.
Put the seedless tomatoes together with the juice in a large recipient.
Then, add onions and cover with the marinated pork. Pour oil into the meat and oven bake (350F) for 90 minutes.
Ungrease the sauce using a spoon and discard the fats.
Put the meat in a serving bowl. Serve, accompanied with corn, sweet potato, noodles, apples & salads baked. A very good taste.

German Baked Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
12 Pork Chop slices
Salt & pepper to taste
2 Garlic Cloves, mince
2 tsps minced Caraway Seeds
2 cups dried White Wine
4 tsps Hungarian Paprika, gentle
2 cups Sour Cream, if desired
Instructions:
Marinate the meat with salt, pepper, cloves, seeds, wine & paprika. Set to chill for 3 hours.
Preheat your oven to 325F and bake for 60 minutes or until meat tenders. You can add more white wine if you want.
Mix sour cream with the marinade sauce and heat to make a gravy.
Serve meat with sour cream sauce and dumplings or noodles.

Ingredients:
Onion Rings
1pound potatoes, peel and slice
3 cups Long Grain Rice
2 Red Pepper
6 tomatoes cut in slices
2 tins tomatoes, whole

Instructions:
Brown the onion rings in heated oil and set aside. Marinate pork chops with soy sauce, paprika and minced garlic and pepper powder.
Display 1/3 of the onions in a bake tray. Top with 1/2 pound of potatoes, rice, salt, pepper. Then add all remaining ingredients. Finally add meat and some chicken broth.
Preheat your oven to 350F and bake for 2 hrs.

2 tins Cream of mushroom soup

Marinate meat with seasonings and cover with flour. Cook the meat in melted butter until brown and display in a large bowl.
Pour the cream soup over meat and top with cheese and paprika. Heat your oven to 350F and oven bake for 1/4 hour or more until meat tenders.

Pork Chops Baked with Apples Recipe
Ingredients:
8 thick pork chop slices
2 cups sauerkraut
2 sliced onions
4 apples
Salt & pepper
4 tbsps white wine
2 tbsps white wine vinegar
2 tbsps brown sugar
Step by Step Instructions:
1.Heat your oven to 350F
2.Peel, core and slice the apples.
3.Grease your skillet with oil and fry the meat, remove
4.Brown the onion rings over high temp. and add more oil to avoid sticking
5.Stir in the sauerkraut until heated and put in a square bake tray.
6.Garnish with 1/2 portion of apples and then, the meat, salt and pepper, and finally the remaining apples.
7.Deglaze skillet with wine and vinegar and then the brown sugar.
8.Put the wine mixture over meat.
9.Cook in oven for 3/4 hour

Rice and Pork Chop Recipe
Ingredients:
8-12 pork chop slices
2 cupsUncles Ben’s rice
2 sm. Canned tomato sauce
2 lg. green peppers, round slices
2 lg onion, cut into rings
3 cups boiled water
Instructions:
Trim excess fats from chops and fry in heated oil. Add salt & pepper to taste.
Add rice to boiled water and add salt. Simmer for about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and add tomato.
Sprinkle green peppers and onion rings over the meat. Add boiled rice.
Heat oven to 350F and oven bake for around 60 minutes. Add some water if necessary.
Serve hot.

Flatlander’s Baked German Pork Chop Recipe
Ingredients:
1 kg Sauerkraut, drain well
1 c. Brown sugar
8 pork chop slices, trim excess fats
4 sliced onions
4 Granny Smith apple tarts, cored and sliced
8 small celery ribs, sliced thinly
6 c. Pale Ale
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp garlic clove
1 c. dried sherry
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F. Display the Sauerkraut in a bake tray and add sugar and meat.
Mix onion, apple and celery ribs and put over meat. Then add the beer.
Mix seeds, cinnamon and garlic. Pour overthe celery. Cover the tray with aluminum paper and oven bake for 90 minutes.
Remove the aluminum paper and add dry sherry. Let cooked, uncovered for 1/2 hour and Serve with boiled potato.

One & Only Pork Chop Recipe With Rice
Ingredients:
1/2 c. sliced onions
6 tbsps diced green bell pepper
2 cups rice
4 cups diced tomatoes
4 tsps sugar
1 c. shredded parmesan
8 pork chop slices
4 tbsp oil for frying
Instructions:
Heat your oil in a baking bowl and cook the first three ingredients until rice becomes transparent. Then, blend in sugar & tomato.
Preheat your oven to 350F
Garnish the meat with the mixture and top with parmesan.
Oven bake for 50 minutes , covered. Then uncover and stir rice.
Continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
Serve with salads

Ingredients:
2 cups Catsup
1/2 tspGrounded ginger
2cups Maple syrup
3/2 tsp Thyme
11/3c. White wine
3tsps Basil
1/2c. Water
1 tsp Dry mustard

2Bay leaves
1/2tsp Pepper
4garlic cloves, mince

Instructions:
Mix all, excluding meat in a skillet. Simmer over low temp. for 1/2hour. Let the skillet uncovered when boiling while stirring frequently.
Preheat your oven to 375F and bake meat for 1/2 hour. Then add the sauce and continue to bake for another 1/4hour while basting thrice.

Baked Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
6 Pork chops
1 Garlic clove, diced
1 tsp Caraway seed, powdered
2 tsps Hungarian paprika, mild (compulsory)
Salt to taste
Pepper, optional
1 c. dry White wine
1 c. Sour cream (if desired)
Step by Step Instructions:
Put the meat in a baking bowl. Combine garlic, caraway, paprika, salt and wine. Marinate meat with mixture and set to chill for 3 hrs.
Ovenbake (325F) the marinated meat for 60 minutes or more. remove when the meat tenders. Uncover when baking.
Adjust wine to your taste and set aside. Heat the cream. Don’t let it boiled (very important).
Serve meat with heated cream & dumpling.

3 Onions diced
3 apples diced
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp caraway seed
6 pork chops of size 1/2 inch
Garlic salt
Pepper
Mustard Dijon
