Zesty Grilled Pork Loin Chops Recipe

Ingredients:

3/2 soy sauce
1/2 c. juice from lemon
3tbsps chili sauce
2 tbspsbrown sugar
2 garlic cloves, mince
12 pork loin chops

Instructions:

Mixsoy sauce with the other ingredients. Set to chill for a minimum of 6 hours.

Remove the meat from sauce and grill until done.

Baste with sauce while cooking

Pork Chops in Cream Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

12 Loin pork chops
1/2cupWater
2Beef bouillon stocks
4 tbsp fine chops onion
4 tbsp Catsup
4 tbsp Brown sugar
2Garlic cloves, mince
1cupWater
1cupDairy sour cream
4 tbspFlour

Instructions:

Brown meat and add the next six ingredients. Boil, covered for 1/2 hour or until meat tenders. Set aside.

Mix flour and 1 cup water and cook until thick paste. Add Dairy and heat through, but do not boil.
Serve meat with sauce.
