Yams n Pork Chop Recipe
Ingredients:
8 lean pork chop slices
Margarine melted
Salt
Black pepper grounded
1/2 tsp thyme, dry & crumble
1/2 tsp marjoram, dry
8 yams, peel and boil, cut in slices
Green pepper rings, 2 whole
4 c. diced tomato
Instructions:
1.Brown meat in melted margarine
2.Add the remaining ingredients in the same order as listed
3.Boil on low temperature, covered for 3/4 hr

Ingredients:
12 pork chop slices of 6 ounce each
4 tbsps Sesame oil
2 c. Aurora sauce
Instructions:
1.Brown meat (batch per batch) in heated oil over standard temperature and drain.
2.Serve with Aurora sauce

Silesian Pork Chop Recipe
Ingredients:
2 lbs Dry fruits , either prune or apples
8 pork chop, fine slices
Instructions:
Marinate the prunes or apples in water or cold tea for many hours until they become dark.
Brown the meat and add fruits and the water or cold tea. Boil, covered for 1/2 hour. Remove when meat tenders and fruits soft.
Best serve with potato dumplings.This fruits can be prepared the day before to avoid time consuming.

Ingredients:
8 Pork chop slices, trimmed
2 tsp vegetable Oil
Marinade:
2 Garlic cloves, mince
4 tsps Oil
8 tbspsbouillon
8 tbsps Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Red Pepper, minced
Sauce:
4 tsps Cornstarch & water mixed together
Instructions:
Brown meat in heated oil and add sauce. Cover and boil over low temp. until meat tenders. Takes about 1/2 hour.
Add water during process if necessary (about 1-2 tbsps). Stir once to avoid sticky.
Place in a serving plate.
Cook the sauce until thick and pour over meat. Serve.

Ingredients:
12 pork chop slices
Peanut oil
2cups Hungarian Sauce
Instructions:
Brown meat (batch per batch) in heated oil over standard temperature and drain.
Serve with Hungarian sauce

German Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
8 Pork Chop slices
8 sliced onions
1 tsp Salt
1 c. beer
Pepper to taste
1 c. hot beef soup
3 tbsps unbleached flour
Instructions:
Soak meat with salt & pepper to taste and dip in flour to coat.
Brown the meat in heated oil and add onion slices and stir well for about 4 minutes.
Add beer & soup and boil for 1/4 hour and keep warm in a hot plate.
Mix 2 tsps cornstarch with 3 tbsps oil. Cook until thick and add to meat.
You can serve your pork chops with boiled potatoes for a complete meal.

Quick Pork Chop Recipe
Ingredients:
8 Pork chop slices
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1cupWater
1 1/3 c. Ketchup
4 tbsp Green onions , chops
1 c. Mushroom slices
2/3 c. Green pepper slices
1/2 c. Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp Granulated sugar , if desired
Instructions:
Cook meat until brown, may take 4- 5 minutes for each side. Season with salt & pepper.
Add the remaining ingredients and boil for 3/4 hour over low heat.
Remove when meat tenders and adjust salt if necessary.

Fried Rice with Pork Chop Recipe
Ingredients:
4-6 whipped eggs
2 c. pork chop, bite size pieces
2 onions, cut into slivers
2 green onions, sliced
2 c. peas, chilled
2 c. bean sprouts or salad
8 c. cooked rice
4 tbsp sesame oil
4 tbsp Mrs Dash
4 tbsp Soy sauce mixed in 1/2 cup of water
Step by Step Instructions:
1.Fry eggs in 2 tbsp sesame oil and cut into small cubes
2.Brown meat and onions in remaining oil, then add cooked rice
3.Stir and mix well the rice and the meat until hot
4.Add the remaining ingredients and continue to cook for 1/4 hr.
5.Serve Hot with some tomato salads

Ingredients:
8 deboned pork chop slices
6 tbsp lemon juice
1 c. bread crumbs, dried
Oil cooking spray
6 tbsp mustard of Dijon
Step by Step Instructions:
1.Preheat your oven to 375F.
2.Remove all fats from meat
3.Put oil cooking on saucepan ( 13×9x2)
4.Display the crumbs a large bowl and set aside
5.Mix and blend mustard and lemon in another bowl
6.Coat the meat in mixture then, in crumbs
7.Oven Bake for 1/2 hr while turning once
