Corn-Stuffed Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
5 Pork chop slices
7 OZ corn (whole Kenner not drained)
1 c. bread crumbs (not hard)
1 tbsp minced onion
2 tbsp green pepper (mince)
Salt
Sage to taste
Step By Step Instructions:
1.Remove a pocket cut from meat
2.Mix all other ingredients.
3.Add the mixture into meat slits
4.Seal with small wooden picks
5.Cook in crock-pot, covered for 6-8 hrs
6.Best served with fruit salads
