Dijon Pork Chop Recipe
Ingredients:
8 deboned pork chop slices
6 tbsp lemon juice
1 c. bread crumbs, dried
Oil cooking spray
6 tbsp mustard of Dijon
Step by Step Instructions:
1.Preheat your oven to 375F.
2.Remove all fats from meat
3.Put oil cooking on saucepan ( 13×9x2)
4.Display the crumbs a large bowl and set aside
5.Mix and blend mustard and lemon in another bowl
6.Coat the meat in mixture then, in crumbs
7.Oven Bake for 1/2 hr while turning once
Serve: 8
