Easy Pork Chops in Wine Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
2 tsp Sage
2 tsps Rosemary
2 tbsps salt
Pepper
4 garlic cloves, diced
3/2 c. dry white wine
Fresh grounded pepper
8 pork chop slices
4 tsps butter, melted
8 tbsps butter
2 tbsps olive oil
Instructions:
Mix the first five ingredients.
Pour Sage mixture into meat’s both sides. Heat oil and butter in pan. Cook the meat until brown while turning slowly. Remove meat from pan.
Add 1/2 of the wine to a small left over grease in skillet. Add the meat again and cook until tender for 1/2 hour maximum.
Boil left over wine and top over meat just before serving.
