German Baked Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
12 Pork Chop slices
Salt & pepper to taste
2 Garlic Cloves, mince
2 tsps minced Caraway Seeds
2 cups dried White Wine
4 tsps Hungarian Paprika, gentle
2 cups Sour Cream, if desired
Instructions:
Marinate the meat with salt, pepper, cloves, seeds, wine & paprika. Set to chill for 3 hours.
Preheat your oven to 325F and bake for 60 minutes or until meat tenders. You can add more white wine if you want.
Mix sour cream with the marinade sauce and heat to make a gravy.
Serve meat with sour cream sauce and dumplings or noodles.
