German Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
8 Pork Chop slices
8 sliced onions
1 tsp Salt
1 c. beer
Pepper to taste
1 c. hot beef soup
3 tbsps unbleached flour
Instructions:
Soak meat with salt & pepper to taste and dip in flour to coat.
Brown the meat in heated oil and add onion slices and stir well for about 4 minutes.
Add beer & soup and boil for 1/4 hour and keep warm in a hot plate.
Mix 2 tsps cornstarch with 3 tbsps oil. Cook until thick and add to meat.
You can serve your pork chops with boiled potatoes for a complete meal.
