Mandarin Pork Chop Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c. orange juice
1/2c. water
6 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp concentrated lemon juice
2 tbsp cornstarch
4 tbsp chicken broth
22 oz tin mandarin orange, drain
2 green bell pepper, cut into slices
4 pork chop slices
1tbsp oil for cooking
Directions:
1.Fry meat in heated oil and remove
2.Stir the first six ingredients and heat until thick
3.Add meat and boil, covered for 20 minutes and remove when meat tenders
4.Add canned mandarin and pepperand heat
Serve: 8
