Polynesian Pork Chop Recipe
Ingredients:
2 tins pineapple chunks, juicy, drain
2 diced onions
1/2 c. minced celery leaf
2 mince garlic cloves
24 rutted prunes
4 tsps soy sauce
1 tsp marjoram
2 cups diced celery
2 cups cooked rice
2 tsps ginger
12 pork chop slices
Instructions:
Remove all fats from meat and grease skillet with some of the fats. Fry the meat in skillet and drain. Add some salt & pepper to taste.
Mix pineapple juice with the next six ingredients and pour over meat.
Cook, covered for 1/2 hour or until meat tenders. Then add pine apple and celery and continue cooking for another 10 minutes. You may add some water if necessary. Remove when all heated through.
Serve with rice and ginger
