Pork Chop and Macaroni Recipe
Ingredients:
12 pork chop slices , deboned
2 onions cut in rings
2 lb spaghetti or macaroni
Olive oil for cooking
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Italian grated cheese
1 cup water
Instructions:
Fry meat & onion rings in heated oil. Fry bones together for a better taste and discard. Then, add water, salt & pepper. Cook for around 3/4 hour.
Boil spaghetti and set to drain. Add meat mixture over spaghetti or macaroni. Top with cheese and serve while hot.
