Pork Chop and Rice Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
4 thin pork chop slices
4 c. water
2 tsp salt
4 tbsp oil for frying
2 cups uncooked rice
2 cond. cream of mushroom broth
flour
1/2 c. water
Instructions:
Mix salt in 4 cups of water and bring to boil. Incorporate the rice and simmer till rice is ready.
Season meat with salt and dip in flour. Fry the meat in heated oil and add broth, then 1/2 cup of water. Cook, covered for 1/4 hour.
Put rice in a casserole and top with meat and sauce. Then heat your oven to 350F and cook until ready or heated through. Serve Hot.
