Pork Chop Lima Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
8 Pork chop slices
2 tsps Oil
Salt to taste
2/3 c. Hot water
Pepper to taste
2/3 c. Tomato catsup
6 c. Limas drained ( sauce reserved)
2 Onions
2 Green pepper cut in dices
Instructions:
1.Marinate meat with salt and pepper.
2.Cook meat in heated oil and onions until brown.
3.Display meat together with limas and green pepper in a baking casserole
4.Boil water and tomato
5.Pour over meat and add the reserved sauce.
6.Preheat oven to 350F and bake for 30 minutes
