Ingredients:
12 Pork chop slices
2 tbspsOlive oil
8 choppedTomatoes
4 garlic cloves, mince
2Green pepper, cut into chops
2 tsps Basil
1cupblack Olives
Instructions:
1.Cook meat in heated oil until brown.
2.Add the remaining ingredients except olives
3.Boil, covered for 1/2hour while turning one or two times
4.Finally add the olives and continue to boil for another 10 minutes over low temp.
5.Serve best with rice
