Pork Chops Baked with Apples Recipe
Ingredients:
8 thick pork chop slices
2 cups sauerkraut
2 sliced onions
4 apples
Salt & pepper
4 tbsps white wine
2 tbsps white wine vinegar
2 tbsps brown sugar
Step by Step Instructions:
1.Heat your oven to 350F
2.Peel, core and slice the apples.
3.Grease your skillet with oil and fry the meat, remove
4.Brown the onion rings over high temp. and add more oil to avoid sticking
5.Stir in the sauerkraut until heated and put in a square bake tray.
6.Garnish with 1/2 portion of apples and then, the meat, salt and pepper, and finally the remaining apples.
7.Deglaze skillet with wine and vinegar and then the brown sugar.
8.Put the wine mixture over meat.
9.Cook in oven for 3/4 hour
