Pork Chops in Onion Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

8 Pork chop slices
1 tsp Salt
Pepper to taste
3 tbsps flour, not bleach
3 tbsps oil
8 onion, cut in thin slices
1 cup beer
1 c. warm beef bouillon
2 tsps cornstarch

Step by Step Instructions:

Marinate meat with salt & pepper and then dip in flour. Brown the meat in heated oil. Then, add onion slices and stir for about 5 minutes.

Add the beer and bouillon and let simmer for 1/4 hour. Remove meat from sauceand display in a hot dish. Mix water with cornstarch and add to sauce over high heat until sauce becomes thick and boiled.

Serve meat with sauce. Best serve with boiled potatoes.
