Pork Chops Vermont Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups Catsup
1/2 tspGrounded ginger
2cups Maple syrup
3/2 tsp Thyme
11/3c. White wine
3tsps Basil
1/2c. Water
1 tsp Dry mustard
2 Broth cubes
1tsp Salt
2Bay leaves
1/2tsp Pepper
4garlic cloves, mince
8Pork chops slices
Instructions:
Mix all, excluding meat in a skillet. Simmer over low temp. for 1/2hour. Let the skillet uncovered when boiling while stirring frequently.
Preheat your oven to 375F and bake meat for 1/2 hour. Then add the sauce and continue to bake for another 1/4hour while basting thrice.
