Pork Chops with Capers Recipe
Ingredients:
9 lbs Pork chop slices
2/3c. Capers, drain
4 tbspsWhite wine vinegar
2 tbspsmustard, prefer Dijon
Fresh groundedPepper
3/2 c. diced onions
3/2 c. Chicken broth
2 tbsps diced parsley
2 tsps oil
4 tsps diced Garlic
1c.ripened Tomato cubes
Instructions:
Season meat with pepper and brown in heated oil on both sides. Set to simmer for 1/4 hour over low heat while turning once. Keep hot.
Cook the drained capers and add onion. Mix well until brown. Then add garlic, vinegar, broth,tomato cubes. Set to boil and add mustard.
Serve meat with the hot sauce and parsley.
