Pork Chops with Mushroom Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
20 pork chop slices
4 tsps salt
Pepper & Sage to taste
2 canned mushroom cream soup
2 tbsp dry onion rings
Instructions:
Remove all fats from meat and reserve some for frying. Cook the meat until brown over high temp.
Season with salt & pepper and put in slow cooker. Then incorporate the sage.
Heat mushroom cream and onions and pour into crockpot. Put the cover and let boiled for about 9-10 hours maximum over low heat.
