Rice and Pork Chop Recipe
Ingredients:
8-12 pork chop slices
2 cupsUncles Ben’s rice
2 sm. Canned tomato sauce
2 lg. green peppers, round slices
2 lg onion, cut into rings
3 cups boiled water
Instructions:
Trim excess fats from chops and fry in heated oil. Add salt & pepper to taste.
Add rice to boiled water and add salt. Simmer for about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and add tomato.
Sprinkle green peppers and onion rings over the meat. Add boiled rice.
Heat oven to 350F and oven bake for around 60 minutes. Add some water if necessary.
Serve hot.
